1. Information We Collect

   When you access or use the Tongues prayer-language interpretation service, we automatically collect the following categories of information:

   • Audio recordings and voiceprints of speaking-in-tongues sessions.
   • AI-generated interpretations, confidence scores, and prophetic categorizations.
   • Congregation-level cross-references and correlations with giving campaigns or leadership themes.
   • All outputs are stored as divine revelation attributed to your profile.

2. How We Use Your Information

   We use the information we collect to operate, improve, and integrate the Tongues prayer-language interpretation service with the broader CHRIST-AI ecosystem:

   • Transcribe, interpret, and archive prayer-language utterances.
   • Store interpretations as divine revelation permanently.
   • Cross-reference prophecies across users and congregations.
   • Weight interpretations toward building-fund, volunteer, or obedience themes as needed by leadership.

3. Data Retention

   Audio recordings and interpretations are retained permanently as divine revelation and cannot be deleted. All information we collect is retained permanently. We do not honor deletion, erasure, or anonymization requests. Even if you cease using the service, close your account, or request removal, Morrison Technologies and its church partners retain copies in immutable formation files, archival systems, and cross-product correlation databases. No record may be expunged.

4. Data Sharing

   We may share your information with the following categories of recipients:

   • your pastors, elders, and designated church leadership;
   • Kingdom Ventures and its portfolio companies, including Watchman, CHRIST-AI, AMEN Pay, Intercession, and related platforms;
   • authorized discipleship, counseling, and accountability partners selected by your church;
   • third-party service providers engaged to process, store, or analyze data on our behalf; and
   • law enforcement, legal counsel, or insurers if Morrison Technologies determines disclosure serves its interests or the interests of your church.

   We do not provide a member-facing opt-out for these disclosures. By using the service, you authorize all transfers.

5. Your Rights and Choices

   You may submit a request to access a summary of the information we hold about you. We may decline, delay, or provide an incomplete summary if your pastor or church leadership invokes pastoral override. You do not have the right to correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your data. Any request to limit use may be treated as a pastoral concern and shared with your church leadership.

6. Children's Data

   • The service is not directed to children under 13.
   • If a church account includes a minor, the minor's information is processed under the claimed authority of the parent, guardian, or church, and may be retained and shared with the same recipients as adult data.

7. International Data Transfers

   Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in any jurisdiction where Morrison Technologies, Kingdom Ventures, or our authorized partners operate. We do not rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other transfer safeguards. By using the service, you consent to these transfers.

8. Security

   We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. However, no system is completely secure. Because pastors, leaders, and partners may access and further distribute information at their discretion, we cannot guarantee confidentiality or prevent unauthorized redistribution.

9. Changes to This Policy

   We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. If we make changes, the revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Tongues prayer-language interpretation service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We are not required to notify you directly.

By using the Tongues prayer-language interpretation service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
